  It's unconfirmed at the moment, but there was a story in the Wall Street
  Journal dated January 19, 1994 stating that a company called Sage
  Enterprises was going to buy a company called CBM.  We're currently
  trying to determine if this is in fact the CBM you and I are so fond of.
