This CD will NOT be available in any shops in any other countries than UK,
and must be ordered from the address below.  Price 160 NOK.

The first 200 CDs ordered will be individually numbered 001-200 and signed
with silver ink.

Scandinavians: Just write or call and say that you want the CD.  Do not
send any money with your order.  The CD will be sent as "pay-on- delivery"
(postoppkrav/postfrskott/efterkrav).  You pay for it when you pick it up
at the post office.

Outside Scandinavia: I can't send "pay-on-delivery" outside Scandinavia; so
you have to send the money.  Please send 40 DM, 15, or equivalent in
